Creatine increases muscle availability, as it increases the endurance of the cells in which energy is stored. This increases the level of muscular energy, promoting enhanced physical performance. This product creates an improved environment for muscle growth because it elevates levels of protein synthesis. It is 100% micronised, HPLC tested and analysed for purity. Furthermore, it is dicyandiamide free (DCD).
WHEN SHOULD YOU TAKE IT AND HOW MUCH?
Creatine supplementation. The recommended way to dose is 0.03g x LBW = serving size (lean body weight). If you wish to do a loading phase, the dosage is increased to 0.3g x LBW = serving size for up to 20 days; however, a loading phase isn’t essential – it’ll only take a few more weeks to saturate your muscles.
DO YOU NEED TO HAVE A BREAK FROM CREATINE?
You do not need to cycle on and off Creatine as has been previously suggested. The industry standard is 5g per day, as this is generally sufficient for the general population; the equation above is the correct scientific dosage.

Great value, mixes better than other brands with no "crunchy bits" you'd associate with other Creatine products.
Still mixes OK in a shaker but won’t just stir into a juice or coffee in my experience. Still as good as all other creatine I’ve tried so the CDT safe guarantee makes it a no brainer.
