BA is a naturally occurring, non-essential amino acid that’s a popular pre-workout supplement. This 100% pure BA powder is ideal for mixing into your regular pre-workout formula for an extra boost of amino acids. Please see below of how much is recommended and when.
BA combines with histidine to produce carnosine, one of the most concentrated amino acids in muscle. We offer it in this 100% pure formula so you can mix and blend to fit your requirements.
4-6g a day for 2-4 weeks then 60% of this dose thereafter (3.2-4.8g). It doesn’t matter when you take it although many will use it prior to a workout.
You do not need to cycle on and off BA as has been previously suggested. The ‘tingling’ feeling you get from this ingredient will subside with regular use as your body reaches saturation levels.
