Take 5 g daily (one level scoop) mixed with 200–250 ml of water or juice. It doesn’t really matter how much just ensure you drink it right away as creatine will turn into creatinine when left in liquids.

I haven’t been taking it for long enough to tell if it’s going to transform me into a jacked monster but I can say it genuinely doesn’t taste of anything and seems to be working well. Doesn’t cause any side effects in the 5g dose as recommended and easy to dose with the scoop (which may need searching for as mine had sunk quite far down).
