Our Clear Whey Protein isn’t just another protein shake. We get it, as delicious as our Premium Whey Protein is, sometimes something refreshing is a better alternative. So we took extremely high-quality hydrolysed whey protein and created a light, thirst-quenching, refreshing alternative that’s more like juice than a heavy sitting milky protein shake!
What’s more unlike any other clear whey protein on the market ours contains AstraGin® to aid absorption giving you the best bang for your buck!
You may see ‘clear diet whey protein’ on the market, it’s a gimmick. Avoid any products with the word ‘diet’ in them!

Combat Fuel’s Clear Protein is fast-absorbing, making it ideal post-workout; however, it can be taken at any time. How many protein shakes a day? Try not to worry about the number of shakes a day – instead, aim for 1.5-2g of protein per kg of lean body weight daily. This is a perfect way to refreshingly supplement your diet, helping you hit your individual daily protein goals.
Clear whey isolate vs whey protein, the simplest way to describe it is imagine you take a standard whey protein and strip everything away from it, the small amount of fat and carbs. You’re then left purely with protein derived form milk, we add flavouring and AstraGin and thats it! One is milky with slightly more Kcal the other is lower Kcal and like a juice.

I much prefer clear powder to standard whey, and the unicorn piss is a light and refreshing flavour, exactly what you want. Foams a lot but settles quickly, doesn’t clump at all in my shakers. Would definitely recommend, find a flavour you like, bulk buy, and it’s on par with other brands. Great value!

I bought the 4 tub Clear Whey Bundle after the decreasing quality of a popular brands protein and being recommended this brand.
The flavours are amazing and don’t taste overly artificial, they mix well and don’t trigger any protein farts. The flavours I got are:
Cola: Tastes like Aldi coke, reminds me of ABE pre workout
Blue Raspberry: Reminds of the Blue Slushies you had as a kid
Unicorn Piss: Tastes what I imagine unicorn piss would be like. Very sweet and fruity
Candy Bits: Tastes like a mouthful of Skittles with a slight fizz
I found it mixes better with 400ml over the recommended 200ml.

They all taste great. Mix well despite the initial foaming at the start, which settles within a few minutes. Use them post workout. Really easy to digest and no bloating!
Blue razz tastes great, not a flavour that is available elsewhere (same goes for most of their options). My favs are: spinegrapple, cola, iron brew, watermelon and blue razz.
Not interested in going elsewhere. Communication post purchase, delivery and products are all top notch

First time I’ve tried anything from Combat Fuel, and I thought I’d go for the Cola flavour, for a bit of a change from all the chocolate and strawberry flavour protein shakes I’ve used in the past. I’m glad I gave it a go, because it’s SO much better than anything I’ve had from anywhere else! I really could drink it like pop, it tastes so good. This is super refreshing after a cheeky volume sesh! I doubled the water just to take down the sweetness as its pretty full on. It foams when you make it. But let it sit in the fridge for a few min and it clears right up. This is super tasty when blended with crushed ice and a couple mint leaves!
