I have to be honest I struggle with sleeping and have taken different pills from the doctor trying to find a solution. I am now a couple of weeks into trying these and to be honest they work amazing haven’t had a fault, they do exactly what you expect of them honestly a great purchase .
However have only had one gripe and I think that’s an easily explained or resolved issue and to be fair hasn’t hindered my liking of the product or it’s efficacy but I have observed that every so often I’ll grab one of the capsules and it’ll have slightly less product inside this varys and sometimes they are more lacking and sometimes they are full to the brim, just something to be mindful of but other than that will purchase again as they do genuinely work.
I’m happy with them at least.

Took ZMA for years and some products are better than others – I find this to be one of the best. I get a better quality of sleep – especially after night shift – and feel better forming in the morning. Some ZMA I find if you wake during the night you can’t get back to sleep. This one has no issues at all. Good product at a good price

Haven’t tried yet so can’t review on performance or experience but for the form/type of magnesium you get, quality, amount and price this product seems to be perfect already. All that’s left to do is try it and see the magic work. Compared a lot around the market and for this type of magnesium (glycinate) and with all the other compounds included in the ultra, the price u can get it for is great.

I must admit, as a bad sleeper I was sceptical that the Zinc and Magnesium would work for me (despite the scientific evidence supporting it). Well, I’m happy to say it certainly has worked for me! I have a Garmin watch that measures my sleep, and after 4 or 5 weeks of taking the tablets every night before bed, I can see (and feel) a marked difference in my sleep quality.
