Optimise – Blue Razz, fantastic stuff. Flavours are spot on without being overly sour. Texture of the drink is very smooth, although I’ve found it helps to weigh the 5g on the scoop – as a full level scoop is 7g and the result is a chalky texture. Once I figured that out I add a little more water, stir it with a spoon before shaking it up.
Keeps you awake, alert, it’s a refreshing drink without the draw back of a sugar high – and for someone with ADHD, it actually works rather than putting me to sleep!
