Amazingly comfortable and versatile.
Been using it for weighted walks/ runs. The straps sit comfortably and can hold 10kgs well, no issues at all.
When going it to a run, it doesn’t move around and stays in place, bonus that the chest strap can be moved around. 100% recommended for weighted exercises and for using as a day to day bag.

Taking the bag out on at 20km stomp in 34 degree heat. Great padding on the straps. Also the main compartment seems really deep for great storage. The two back section work well for spliting snacks and essentials. Geat design and very comfortable.
