Mark Ormrod is a former Royal Marines Commando, a triple amputee, an adaptive athlete and a Brazilian JiuJitsu enthusiast.
Mark is a father of 3 and since being medically discharged from the military he became a motivational speaker, works in the media and also partners with brands who share his values to help promote and share what they do via social media.
