Cream of Rice Samples are an easy-to-digest complex carbohydrate made from white rice flour. Sugar free and gluten free it provides a rapid supply of energy. You can add it to a shake and drink it or in a ratio of 1:2 of powder to boiling water turn it into a porridge like consistency. Add your favourite Whey Protein after mixing or making for a high protein, good carb meal! For an extra treat top your cooked cream of rice with some protein cups.
You can take this product at anytime. Use it as breakfast or a pre/post workout meal, it works whenever. One sachet of Cream of Rice Samples is 30g however you can use as much or as little inline with your nutritional needs.
This product can be used alongside any of the Combat Fuel range at the same time.
