What are Protein Pancakes?
Protein Pancakes – 1kg tub, 20 servings, 20g of protein per pancake.
Protein Pancakes, a blend of high-quality protein from whey, casein and egg proteins coupled with MCT’s and oat flour this pancake mix provides you with both fast- and slow-digesting nutrients. It’s the perfect start to a delicious healthy breakfast or post dinner treat.

HOW TO MAKE THEM?
It’s so easy!
Add 50g of powder to a bowl, add in roughly 75ml of water or any milk. Mix it up and cook it over a medium heat for 30-60 seconds each side.
We say 30-60 seconds each side and ‘roughly 75ml of water or milk’ because it really depends how you like them. If you want a thinner pancake add more liquid and cook for less time, if you want it thicker add less water but then cook for slightly longer.

CAN’T I MAKE THEM WITH JUST WHEY?
Yes, you could make them with our Premium Whey Protein however, we have spent many months perfecting the recipe with whey, casein, egg, oat flour and added MCT’s so you get the perfect pancake every single time.

Usually, packages will try to be delivered/redelivered approximately three times (by courier) and if, after those attempts to deliver, it will be returned at a cost to us. If you then require this to be redelivered, we will have to pass this cost onto you.
